Bixby voice support is now available in the US for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 plus users

Bixby Samsung’s own personal assistant, which was announced along with the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 plus is now getting voice support in the US for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 plus.

Bixby’s voice capabilities were available to those Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 plus users who were a part of the Early Access program. According to the reports over 100,000 users were part of the Early Access program which has generated over 4 million voice commands.

You can activate Bixby by pressing the dedicated Bixby button or by saying “hi Bixby”. Bixby works just like Siri and Google Assistant such as it can send text, answer your questions, open calendar, etc. 

Voice support for Bixby is scheduled to launch in the UK later this year, according to the information told by Samsung to Express.co.uk.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 plus users in the US will be able to use the voice capabilities of Bixby by downloading the latest software update.
